Overview
All sales are final. PairdTo does not offer refunds for any subscription fees, service charges, or other payments made in connection with the Services, except as required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not retroactively refund any charges already incurred.
Please note:
- Certain jurisdictions may offer additional refund rights. If required by local law, those rights will apply.
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions are subject to the same no-refund policy.
Examples
- If you cancel your monthly plan halfway through the month, your access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, but no partial refund will be issued.
- If you accidentally purchased the wrong subscription tier, contact support immediately—we may be able to adjust your plan going forward, but not retroactively refund past charges.
